Some of the topics covered are:
History - Children in WW2, Henry VIII and Vikings.
Geography - Sri Lanka, Weather, the environment.
Science - Keeping Warm, Moving and Growing, Habitats, Friction, Solids and
Liquids, Circuits and Conductors.
DT - Money containers, pop-up books, Torches.
In Year 4 children have extra responsibilities such as monitor jobs, helping with lunch and play-time toys and playing games with younger children.
Educational visits -
Term 1: Visitor from Bedford Museum about WW2. RE - Places of Worship.
Term 3: Recycling Depot in Elstow. 2 day, 1 night residential Outdoor and Adventurous Activity as part of the PE Program.
